SOLO MOTORSPORTS STAGE 2 MID-TRAVEL SUSPENSION KIT

The Stage 2 Cut N’ Turned Beam Kit is a high performance, mid-travel suspension upgrade for the front and the rear of your Bronco or F-150. The front suspension is similar to the Stage 1 Kit, providing 12 inches of usable wheel travel in 4×4. In addition, the Stage 2 kit increases the rear suspension travel to a whooping 14 inches. This converts your Ford Bronco or F-150 into a great prerunner for the desert and awesome all around off-road vehicle. A set of heavy-duty extended stainless brake lines for the front and the rear are included as well.

Up front, The Dana 44 TTB Beams are modified to allow for proper camber alignment with the 4-inch coils. The 1.25-inch Extended Radius Arms are equipped with heim joints and bring the vehicle’s camber to the correct value. A set of Bilstein 5100 or 2.0 Fox Remote Reservoir shocks, specifically valved and configured for a Bronco or F-150 are also included. A secondary shock option is also available (see below).

The rear pairs Deaver Q80 leaf springs with Solo’s Q80 Shackle Conversion Kit to produce 14 inches of travel! Bilstein 5100 or Fox 2.0 Remote Reservoir shocks can remain in the stock location mount. Ford F-150 trucks will require a special setup in the rear, please contact us for options.
